Spent a very valuable day with the Team at IBRA and Jeff Hughes, discussing the latest techniques on fracture fixation and ligament stabilisation of the elbow, in a cadaver workshop in Perth. Whilst I conceptually do not enjoy cadaver surgery in general, I would have to say that this was the most useful workshop I have been involved in, made even better by the The Team lead by Dr Hughes and Watts, and is always extremely valuable enhancing surgical experience that can then be used for teaching our surgical team at the QEH.
It’s always vital to stay abreast of the latest techniques, and have found this particular course particularly valuable.
